Our approach to privacy

This Privacy Policy describes the plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript version of Space Home Hub. By default, its forms run as a local demonstration. Submitted details are saved only in your browser and are not emailed or transmitted to the website operator.

The website operator must review and update this policy to describe any real contact or newsletter service before enabling that service.

Information you share

The contact demonstration stores the name, email address, selected service, message, and consent you enter. The newsletter demonstration stores your email, optional first name, consent, and subscription preference. These records stay in this browser unless a connected form service is explicitly configured.

Do not include sensitive financial information, identification documents, payment details, passwords, or other confidential information in a demonstration form.

How information is used

In local demo mode, information is used only to show how inquiry submissions and newsletter preferences work. No team member receives it and no newsletter emails are sent. A newsletter preference is separate from a home improvement inquiry.

If the website operator configures a backend, submitted details are sent to that service to handle the chosen request. The operator should explain the provider, purpose, retention, and applicable rights before making that connection live.

Storage and service providers

This static demonstration uses browser local storage. Records can remain on this device until site data is cleared. Anyone with access to this browser or its storage may be able to inspect them. They are not stored in a central customer database.

Browser storage is not always available, and behavior when opening local files can differ between browsers. When storage is unavailable, the form shows an error rather than claiming that a request was saved. A configured contact or newsletter provider would have separate storage practices that the operator must document.

Cookies and technical information

The current static version does not use analytics trackers, advertising cookies, or embedded third-party media. Its local storage is used only for the clearly labeled form demonstration. Images, fonts, styles, and scripts are bundled with the website.

If the files are served by a web host, that host may process network addresses and request logs to operate the service. Choosing an external link, such as the map link, opens another service with its own privacy policy.

Your choices

You can remove demonstration records by clearing this website’s data in your browser. The website operator cannot remotely clear records stored only on your device.

The Unsubscribe page changes the local demonstration preference unless a live newsletter connection has been configured. It does not remove you from an unrelated or externally managed mailing list. For a real newsletter, use its provider’s unsubscribe link or contact the operator.

For information you have actually sent by email or through a connected service, ask about access, correction, or deletion at contact@spacehomehub.com. Depending on your location, additional privacy rights may apply.

Security and children’s privacy

A browser demonstration is not secure storage for confidential documents. Avoid submitting sensitive information, especially on a shared device. The website is intended for people considering home improvements and is not directed to children.

If a child has entered personal information into a local demonstration, clear that website’s browser data. Contact the operator about information that has actually been sent to a connected service.
